Usage & Analytics

Monitor your organization's usage of Infodeck features, track subscription status, and discover features you haven't tried yet.

Quick Summary

Go to SettingsUsage & Analytics to see work orders created, assets tracked, team members, and active workflows.


Before You Begin

Requirements
  • You need an active Infodeck account
  • Any user can view their organization's usage statistics

Accessing Usage & Analytics

  1. Click the Settings () icon at the bottom of the sidebar
  2. Under Organization Settings, click Usage & Analytics
  3. The usage dashboard displays

Dashboard Overview

The Usage & Analytics page shows several sections:

Subscription Status

At the top, see your current subscription information:

Current PlanYour subscription tier (Lite, Basic, Professional, Enterprise)
Plan StatusTrial, Active, Grace Period, or Read-Only
Subscription DateWhen your subscription started
Access StatusWhether you have full or limited access

Plan Status Indicators

StatusMeaning
TrialYou're in a free trial period
ActiveYour subscription is current and active
Grace PeriodPayment issue — limited time to resolve
Read-OnlySubscription expired — view-only access

Feature Access Status

See which features are available on your plan:

Usage Statistics

Track how your organization uses Infodeck:

Plan Limits

Some plans have usage limits. The dashboard shows:

  • Current usage vs. plan limit
  • Percentage used
  • Warnings when approaching limits

Trial User Features

If you're on a free trial, you'll see additional sections:

Trial Accomplishments

Track what you've explored during your trial:

Features You Haven't Tried

Discover features you might have missed:

  • Cards showing unexplored features
  • Click a card to navigate to that feature
  • Encourages you to try all Infodeck capabilities

Trial Progress

See your trial timeline:

  • Days used out of total trial days
  • Progress bar showing time remaining
  • Color coding based on trial progress

Understanding Your Usage

Work Orders

Includes:

  • Active work orders
  • Completed work orders
  • Cancelled work orders

Assets

Includes:

  • Physical assets (equipment, facilities)
  • IoT assets (connected sensors, devices)

Team Members

Counts active users who:

  • Have accepted invitations
  • Have valid accounts
  • Can access your organization

Workflows

Counts Smart Workflow rules that are:

  • Currently enabled
  • Actively monitoring conditions

Real-World Examples

Example 1: Check Before Renewing

Situation: Your subscription renewal is coming up.

Solution:

  1. Go to SettingsUsage & Analytics
  2. Review your usage statistics
  3. Check which features you're using most
  4. Compare with your plan limits
  5. Decide if you need to upgrade or can downgrade

Result: You make an informed decision about your subscription.


Example 2: Trial Period Optimization

Situation: You're on a free trial and want to maximize your evaluation.

Solution:

  1. Check Usage & Analytics regularly
  2. Review "Features You Haven't Tried"
  3. Click each card to explore new features
  4. Track your "Trial Accomplishments"

Result: You fully evaluate Infodeck before deciding to subscribe.


Example 3: Monitor Team Adoption

Situation: You want to see if your team is using Infodeck.

Solution:

  1. Open Usage & Analytics
  2. Check the "Team Members" count
  3. Review "Work Orders Created" trends
  4. See if workflows are being used

Result: You identify adoption gaps and can provide targeted training.


Grace Period Information

If your subscription payment fails:

  1. 10-day grace period begins
  2. You retain full access during grace period
  3. Warning banners appear
  4. Resolve payment to continue service

After grace period:

  • Account enters Read-Only mode
  • You can view data but not create new items
  • Update payment to restore full access
