Notification Types
Work Orders
| Event | Description |

| New work order assigned | Work order assigned to you or your team |
| Status changes | Work order status updated |
| Comments | New comment on work orders you follow |
| Becomes overdue | Work order past due date |
| Important updates | Priority, SLA warnings, deadline changes |
| All updates | Dates, location, duration, team changes |
Requests
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| New requests pending | Request awaiting your review (for approvers) |
| Status changed | Your request accepted or rejected |
| Converted to work order | Request became an actionable work order |
Forms
| Event | Description |

| New response | Someone submitted a response to your form |
| Requires review | Response with urgent rating needs attention |

How Notifications Work
1. Event occurs (work order created, comment added, etc.)
↓
2. System checks your notification preferences
↓
3. Sends to enabled channels (Email and/or Mobile)
↓
4. You receive the notification
Quick Settings Access
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Open preferences | Click profile icon → Notification Preferences |
| Toggle Email | Switch the Email toggle for any notification type |
| Toggle Mobile | Switch the Mobile toggle for any notification type |
| Change comment level | Use dropdown: All, @Mentions only, or Nothing |
Default Notification Behavior
All notifications default to enabled for both Email and Mobile channels. You can customize each notification type individually.

Comment Notification Options
For comments, you can choose from three levels:

|---|---|
| All comments and activities | Every comment posted |
| Only direct mentions (@) | Only when someone @mentions you |
| Nothing | Never notified about comments |
