How Notifications Work

1. Event occurs (work order created, comment added, etc.)

2. System checks your notification preferences

3. Sends to enabled channels (Email and/or Mobile)

4. You receive the notification

Quick Settings Access

Open preferencesClick profile icon → Notification Preferences
Toggle EmailSwitch the Email toggle for any notification type
Toggle MobileSwitch the Mobile toggle for any notification type
Change comment levelUse dropdown: All, @Mentions only, or Nothing

Default Notification Behavior

All notifications default to enabled for both Email and Mobile channels. You can customize each notification type individually.

Comment Notification Options

For comments, you can choose from three levels:
