Subscription and Billing
Manage your Infodeck subscription, view available plans, change your billing cycle, and update payment information.
Quick Summary
Go to Settings → Subscription and Billing to upgrade, downgrade, or manage your plan.
Before You Begin
- You must be an Organization Owner or Admin to manage billing
- Payment requires a valid credit card
Accessing Subscription & Billing
- Click the Settings () icon at the bottom of the sidebar
- Under Organization Settings, click Subscription and Billing
- The subscription management page displays
If you see a blurred or locked view, you need owner or admin permissions. Contact your organization owner.
Available Plans
Infodeck offers several subscription tiers:

Choose your billing cycle:

Viewing Your Current Plan
The subscription page shows:
Plan Information

Trial Progress (Trial Users)
If you're on a free trial:
- Progress bar showing days used
- Days remaining in trial
- Color coding (green → yellow → red)
Changing Your Plan
Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription and Billing
- Review the available plans
- Toggle between Monthly and Annual pricing
- Click Select Plan on your desired tier
- Complete the checkout process
- Your new plan activates immediately
Switch to annual billing to save 20% on your subscription.
Downgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription and Billing
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Confirm the change
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Downgrading may disable features you currently use. Review the plan comparison before downgrading.
Managing Payment
Update Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Subscription and Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- You'll be redirected to the secure billing portal (Stripe)
- Update your credit card information
- Save changes
View Billing History
- Go to Settings → Subscription and Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- View past invoices and receipts
- Download invoices as needed
Update Billing Address
- Access the billing portal
- Update your billing address
- This address appears on invoices
Enterprise Plans
For Enterprise features:
- Review the Enterprise plan details
- Click Contact Sales
- Our team will contact you to discuss:
- Custom pricing
- Volume discounts
- Custom features
- Dedicated support
- SLA guarantees
Real-World Examples
Example 1: Upgrade from Basic to Professional
Situation: You need API access and data export features.
Solution:
- Go to Settings → Subscription and Billing
- Find the Professional plan
- Click Select Plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete payment
Result: API Keys and Data Export are now available.
Example 2: Switch to Annual Billing
Situation: You want to save money on your subscription.
Solution:
- Go to Subscription and Billing
- Toggle to Annual pricing
- Select your current plan tier
- Complete the annual payment
Result: You save 20% compared to monthly billing.
Example 3: Update Expired Credit Card
Situation: Your payment failed due to an expired card.
Solution:
- Go to Settings → Subscription and Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- Update your credit card details
- Save the new payment method
Result: Your subscription continues without interruption.
Subscription Status
Active
Your subscription is current:
- Full access to all plan features
- Automatic renewal enabled
Trial
You're evaluating Infodeck:
- Full access during trial period
- No payment required until trial ends
- Upgrade anytime to continue after trial
Grace Period
Payment issue detected:
- You have 10 days to resolve
- Full access maintained during grace period
- Update payment method to continue
Suspended / Read-Only
Subscription expired:
- View-only access to your data
- Cannot create new items
- Update payment to restore access
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Subscription and Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- Select cancel subscription
- Complete the cancellation process
After cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- Account enters read-only mode after expiration
- Data is retained for 90 days
- Resubscribe anytime to restore access
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. Resubscribe within this period to restore full access.
Troubleshooting
Payment Failed
| Issue | Cause | Solution |

| Card declined | Insufficient funds | Use a different card |
| Card expired | Expiration date passed | Update card details |
| Bank blocked | Unusual activity | Contact your bank |
Can't Access Billing

Plan Not Changing

When am I charged?
- Monthly: Same date each month
- Annual: Same date each year
- Trial: After trial period ends
Can I get a refund?
Contact support@infodeck.io for refund requests within 14 days of purchase.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days. Resubscribe to restore access.
Can I pause my subscription?
Contact support to discuss temporary pause options for annual subscribers.
