What You Can Do with Forms


Form Types

Infodeck supports two types of forms:

Regular Forms

Standard data collection forms that can be assigned to locations or assets. Use these for:

  • Safety inspections
  • Equipment checklists
  • Customer feedback
  • Incident reports
  • Inventory counts

Public regular forms can also drive automation into work requests, requester updates, and public tracking flows.

Work Order SOPs

Standard Operating Procedure forms that are attached to work orders. Technicians fill these out when completing work orders to ensure:

  • Consistent procedures are followed
  • Required steps are documented
  • Compliance requirements are met

Getting Started

  1. Create your first form - Build a form with the visual form builder
  2. Automate work requests - Route public responses into the right operations flow
  3. Share the form link - Give users access via URL or QR code
  4. Review responses - Monitor submissions and track completion

Form Status

Forms have four status levels:

StatusDescription
DraftForm is being created and not yet available
ActiveForm is live and accepting responses
PausedForm is temporarily stopped
ArchivedForm is inactive and no longer accepting responses
