Form Types
Infodeck supports two types of forms:
Regular Forms
Standard data collection forms that can be assigned to locations or assets. Use these for:
- Safety inspections
- Equipment checklists
- Customer feedback
- Incident reports
- Inventory counts
Work Order SOPs
Standard Operating Procedure forms that are attached to work orders. Technicians fill these out when completing work orders to ensure:
- Consistent procedures are followed
- Required steps are documented
- Compliance requirements are met
Getting Started
- Create your first form - Build a form with the visual form builder
- Assign it to a location - Connect the form to where it will be used
- Share the form link - Give your team access via URL or QR code
- Review responses - Monitor submissions and track completion
Form Status
Forms have four status levels:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Form is being created and not yet available |
| Active | Form is live and accepting responses |
| Paused | Form is temporarily stopped |
| Archived | Form is inactive and no longer accepting responses |
Plan Limits
