How to Update Company Profile and Branding
Set your organization's branding and defaults so requester-facing pages, notifications, and reporting reflect your company clearly.
Quick Summary
Go to Settings gear → Company Profile to update your Company Logo, Company Name, Notification Footer, address, timezone, currency, and default language.
Before You Begin
- You must be an Organization Admin or Owner

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open Company Profile
- Click the Settings gear () at the bottom of the sidebar
- Select Company Profile
Step 2: Upload Company Logo
- In the Company Logo area, click Upload Logo
- Choose your logo file
- Review the preview
- Click Remove Logo if you want to replace it before saving

Step 3: Update Company Name
- Enter the name you want requesters to see in Company Name
- Use your official operating name so requester-facing pages and notifications stay consistent
Step 4: Update Notification Footer
- Enter short branded text in Notification Footer
- Keep it simple and recognizable

Step 5: Review Core Organization Settings
You can also update these fields from the same page:

| Organization VAT | Tax identification number for invoices and reporting |
| Organization Address | Business address |
| Timezone | Default timezone for work dates and notifications |
| Currency | Default currency for labor costs and financial reporting |
| Default Language | Default interface language for users who have not set a personal preference |
Step 6: Set Timezone
- Click the Timezone dropdown
- Search or scroll to find your timezone
- Select the appropriate timezone
The timezone setting affects:
- Due dates displayed on work orders
- Notification timing for overdue task alerts
- Report timestamps and scheduling
- SLA calculations for time-based metrics
Step 7: Set Currency
- Click the Currency dropdown
- Search or select your preferred currency
- This currency is used organization-wide
Currency applies to:
- labor cost calculations
- work order cost tracking
- financial reports
- dashboard budget views
Step 8: Set Default Language
- Open the Default Language dropdown
- Choose the default language for your organization
- Users can still override this in their own profile settings
Step 9: Save Changes
- Review your updates
- Click the Save Change button
- You'll see a success message confirming your changes
Where Branding Appears
Your Company Logo, Company Name, and Notification Footer are used across requester-facing touchpoints such as:
- public request tracking pages
- requester update emails and supported mobile notifications
- branded operational follow-up
This is the fastest way to make Infodeck feel like your operation instead of a generic system.

Brand Requester-Facing Updates
Situation: You want requesters to see your own company identity on public tracking pages and notifications.
Solution:
- Go to Settings gear → Company Profile
- Upload your Company Logo
- Update Company Name
- Add a short Notification Footer
- Click Save Change
Result: Public tracking and requester communications carry your organization identity more consistently.
