How to Create Your Account

Create your Infodeck account to start managing your facilities, assets, and IoT devices.

Quick Summary

Go to app.infodeck.io/register, enter your email and details, verify your email, then complete your organization setup.


Two Ways to Join Infodeck

Option 1: Create a New Organization

For organization administrators setting up Infodeck for the first time.

Option 2: Accept an Invitation

For team members invited by their organization administrator.


Step-by-Step: Create a New Organization

Step 1: Go to the Registration Page

  1. Open your browser
  2. Navigate to app.infodeck.io/register
  3. You'll see the registration form

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Step 3: Accept Terms

  1. Read the Terms of Service
  2. Read the Privacy Policy
  3. Check the agreement box

Step 4: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for the verification email
  2. Click the Verify Email link
  3. If not received, check spam/junk folder
  4. Click Resend if needed

Step 5: Complete Organization Setup

Step-by-Step: Accept an Invitation

If you received an invitation email from your organization:

Step 1: Open the Invitation

  1. Find the email from noreply@infodeck.io
  2. Subject line includes your organization name
  3. Click the Join or Accept Invitation button

Step 2: Create Your Account

  1. Accept the Terms of Service
  2. Click Create Account
  3. You're automatically added to your organization

Password Requirements

Create a strong password:

Real-World Examples

Example 1: Facilities Manager Setting Up Company

Situation: You're the facilities manager responsible for implementing Infodeck for your property management company.

Solution:

  1. Go to app.infodeck.io/register
  2. Enter your work email: facilities@propertycompany.com
  3. Create a strong password
  4. Enter your name: John Smith
  5. Click Register
  6. Verify your email
  7. Set organization name: ABC Property Management
  8. Select industry: Property Management
  9. Choose Professional plan for your 20-building portfolio

Result: Your organization is created. You can now add locations for each building and invite your maintenance team.


Example 2: Technician Joining an Existing Team

Situation: You received an email inviting you to join your company's Infodeck account.

Solution:

  1. Open the invitation email
  2. Click Accept Invitation
  3. Create your password
  4. Enter your name as it should appear in the system
  5. Click Create Account

Result: You're now part of your organization and can access work orders assigned to your team.


Example 3: IT Admin Creating IoT Monitoring Setup

Situation: Your company needs to monitor building sensors. You're setting up the IoT infrastructure.

Solution:

  1. Register with your IT department email
  2. Set organization name: TechCorp Building Operations
  3. Choose Professional plan (500 IoT devices)
  4. After setup, go to Settings gearIntegrations to connect your LoRaWAN network server

Result: Account ready for IoT device registration and sensor monitoring.
