Forms can keep the current manual-review request flow or route submissions through Work Request Templates with stronger control over what happens next.

Configure display numbers for work orders, work requests, tracking references, quotations, and assets so they follow the format your organization already uses.

  • Custom prefixes - Set prefixes like WO-, SR-, MNT- so every record type is instantly recognizable
  • Flexible formatting - Choose separator style, digit padding, and whether to include the year in the display number
  • Reset rules - Let counters reset yearly or monthly, or run continuously depending on your reporting needs
