Reopen Completed Work Orders​

Sometimes work needs a second look. Now you can reopen completed work orders without losing history.

  • Reopen with reason - Explain why work needs to resume (mandatory tracking)
  • First Fix Rate tracking - Reopen counts help measure first-time resolution success
  • Complete history - All activity preserved when reopening
  • Smart protection - Critical fields stay locked on reopened orders

Improved Forms Experience​

Forms are easier to work with and more reliable.

  • File attachments - Upload files directly in form responses
  • Location & asset context - See where and what the form relates to
  • Separate workspaces - Draft answers stay private to each form
  • Better file handling - Files display correctly after upload

Improvements​

  • Clearer status labels - "Done" renamed to "Complete" throughout the app
  • Activity logs - Accurate timestamps in work order history
  • Notification badge - Counts stay visible when navigating
  • Menu visibility - Smart Workflows menu only shows for authorized users
  • Chart reliability - Mini Chart Cards update smoothly
