Visitor Reports

Use the Reports workspace to review visitor activity, analyse trends, check policy compliance, and export data for audit purposes.

Quick Summary

Go to Visitor ManagementReports. Select a date range and view visitor logs, analytics, or policy outcomes. Export when you need audit records.


Report Types

Visitor Logs

A chronological record of all visitor activity. Each entry shows:

  • Visitor name and company
  • Host
  • Site
  • Check-in and check-out times
  • Status
  • Check-in method (Kiosk, Operator, QR Scan)

Filter by date range, site, status, or purpose to narrow results.


Visitor Analytics

Visual summary of visitor activity over a selected period:

  • Total visits
  • Currently checked in
  • Checked out
  • Denied entries

Use analytics to identify peak visiting hours, busiest sites, and most common visit purposes.


Policy Outcomes

Review how visitor policies performed:

  • How many visits required approval and what percentage were approved vs rejected
  • How many visitors were flagged by watchlist or blacklist
  • How many visits captured photo, signature, or NDA evidence
  • Policy compliance rate per site

Use this to verify that your policies are working as intended and to identify sites that may need policy adjustments.


Export

Export visitor data for audit, compliance, or external reporting:

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Set your date range and filters
  3. Click Export
  4. Download the file

Exported data includes visit details, host information, statuses, and timestamps.

Data Retention

Report data is subject to the data retention period configured in your visitor policy. After the retention period expires, visit records and associated evidence are purged automatically.

If you need long-term records, export the data before the retention period ends.
