Filter Options
By Location
- Click the Location dropdown
- Select a specific building or zone
- Calendar shows only items at that location
By Type
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | Work orders and requests |
| Work Orders | Only scheduled work orders |
| Work Requests | Only pending requests |
Show Planned Work
Toggle Planned to show or hide:
- Recurring work orders not yet generated
- Future scheduled preventive maintenance
View Modes
